3. Your Content and Our AI Technology

When you use our video generation services:

  • You retain ownership of all videos and content you upload to our platform
  • You grant us limited permission to process your content solely to provide our services to you
  • We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our AI models
  • Generated videos created specifically for you remain exclusively yours to use according to our Terms of Service
  • We do not claim ownership rights to your generated videos or use them for purposes outside of service delivery without your explicit consent

4. Information Sharing

We do not share your personal information or uploaded content with companies, organizations, or individuals outside of VideoReel except in the following cases:

  • With your explicit consent
  • For external processing by our trusted service providers who are bound by confidentiality obligations
  • For legal reasons when required by applicable law or government requests
  • To protect the rights, property, or safety of VideoReel, our users, or the public

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include encryption of sensitive information, regular security assessments, and restricted staff access to user data.

However, please note that no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information and uploaded content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, though some information may remain in backup copies for a limited period and as required by law.

Your generated videos and associated data will be automatically deleted 30 days after account termination unless you export them before that time.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data, such as:

  • The right to access your personal data
  • The right to correct inaccurate data
  • The right to delete your data (subject to certain exceptions)
  • The right to restrict or object to our processing of your data
